Every stone extracted from the quarry in Vals is processed into a finished product in the adjacent production facility. Transport routes are short, the energy comes from the nearby hydroelectric power plant, and jobs remain in the valley. Production in Vals
The extraction of Vals Stone combines diamond wire cutting and controlled blasting techniques. The aim is to remove the rock from the mountain as gently as possible, extract large blocks and minimize waste.
Further processing takes place 100% at the same location. By combining state-of-the-art technology – including multiple-blade machines, CNC machines, robotics and traditional craftsmanship – we manufacture a wide range of products, from roofing shingles to solid vanities. This complete on-site production process enables optimal quality control and ensures customers receive a consistent, high-quality product.
