Vals Quartzite as a foundation of trust
Several Raiffeisen Bank branches have been realised using our Vals Quartzite, including the locations in Vella (GR), Davos (GR) and Gampel (VS). The consistent use of the material and its similar application throughout the branches create a recognisable design language. At the same time, each location has its own distinctive character, reflecting the local architecture and its surroundings. More about the project

Vals Quartzite defines the interiors of the branches and is used for floors, walls and even ceilings. The flooring features a coarse ground finish, while selected locations also incorporate the stone in exterior paving. Another characteristic feature is the layered masonry wall cladding, executed either with sawn or split stone. A particular highlight can be found in the Raiffeisen branch in Davos, where even the ceiling is clad in Vals Quartzite.
